2. Coaches are responsible for reading and understanding their assigned student(s) application including any health conditions, needs or behaviors that could influence their safety or camp experience.
3. Coaches are ultimately responsible for the safety of their athlete(s) and therefore should be in close vicinity of them during all waking hours. Substitute coaches will be available when someone needs a rest or restroom break. Coaches sleep in their own room, not with athletes.

6. Coaches will need to measure baseline levels of targeted skills and measure/take data during and at the end of camp. End of camp information should be written to share with the family and the Assistant Camp Director. Forms for all of this will be provided.
7. The night before the end of camp, coaches will be asked to create an award for their athlete(s). Materials will be provided and it usually becomes a group activity.
